We were introduced to Mrs. Lavonda Hayes, Director of Client Services @ Triangle Insurance Alliance. She is definitely the epitome of extraordinarily impeccable skills and possesses a pristine knowledge-base of the insurance industry – a consummate professional. She has a committed work ethic, an astute ability to focus, a quality command to assess, match, and recommend a policy to the requirements of a client. Mrs. Hayes was diligent and expedient in her turnaround to provide a quote and a noteworthy solution, which exceeded our expectations. We were thoroughly impressed with her kind humanistic touch, her succinct clarity and explanations, her luminous enunciation, her glowing esprit de corps, and honorable mention – opening the door for us to ask questions, and her perfect patience – just to name a few of her noticeable traits.
